- Does Tacit really not use a meeting bot?
- Correct. Tacit runs on your Mac and listens through system audio, the same way you do. Nobody on the call sees an extra participant.
- What happens to my audio?
- We transcribe in real time and delete the audio the moment the meeting ends. Only the text remains, inside your workspace.
- Can I try Team before I buy?
- Yes. Every workspace starts with a 14-day Team trial, no credit card required.
- How does billing work?
- Per active user, billed monthly or annually. Add or remove seats any time and we'll prorate.
- Do you train on my meetings?
- Never. You can opt out at the workspace level on Team, and Enterprise workspaces are opted out by default.
